Colts linebacker CJ Allen removed from PUP list, returns to practice

Indianapolis Colts linebacker CJ Allen has been activated from the physically unable to perform (PUP) list after dealing with a minor calf injury. The move comes on the third day of training camp. Allen was drafted in the second round in April and is expected to compete for the starting MIKE linebacker position. His absence earlier in camp was described as brief, and he remained involved with team activities. With Allen's return, only receiver Alec Pierce remains on the PUP list.
