Summary

The Indianapolis Colts have placed backup safety Reuben Lowery III on the Reserve/Retired list. Lowery, who joined the Colts after being claimed off waivers from the Baltimore Ravens last October, did not play in any regular-season games for Indianapolis last year. He had previously appeared in three games for the Ravens in 2025, recording five tackles before being waived. The Colts' safety position has seen significant turnover, with former starters Nick Cross and Rodney Thomas II departing in free agency.
