Colts provide update on Alec Pierce's ankle injury recovery

Colts coach Shane Steichen shared an update on wide receiver Alec Pierce’s ankle injury during training camp on August 3, 2026. Pierce is currently on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list after undergoing ankle surgery in March, which had an initial recovery timeline of four to six months.
