Colts waive cornerback Mekhi Blackmon, sign Kenneth Harris

The Indianapolis Colts have waived veteran cornerback Mekhi Blackmon and signed undrafted free agent Kenneth Harris. Blackmon had started 11 games last season and recorded over 700 snaps, but struggled in recent practices and games. He allowed numerous catches and committed multiple penalties. The move follows his declining performance during training camp, particularly against the Patriots and Falcons. Kenneth Harris joins the roster after impressing during joint practices.
