Commanders coach Dan Quinn ranked No. 2 on CBS' hot seat list

Dan Quinn, head coach of the Washington Commanders, is ranked No. 2 on CBS' hot seat list following a disappointing performance against the New York Giants in Week 5. The Commanders’ overtime loss left them with a 1-3-1 record this season and 6-15-1 since the start of the 2025 season. Quinn previously faced scrutiny due to injuries impacting the team but now faces pressure due to questionable decisions in critical moments, such as choosing to run a play instead of attempting a field goal against the Giants. With the NFC East competitive and potential playoff opportunities still possible, another misstep could jeopardize Quinn's position as head coach.
