Commanders highlight four standout players from Day 12 of training camp

The Washington Commanders resumed training camp on August 18 after a break. During Day 12, center Nick Allegretti and tight end John Bates returned to practice. The session saw some tensions between teammates Charles Omenihu and Javontae Jean-Baptiste, but they ultimately calmed down. Four players who excelled in practice were identified: offensive tackle Brandon Coleman, edge rusher Joshua Josephs, safety Percy Butler, and kicker Drew Stevens. Josephs continued to impress as a rookie, while Butler made headlines with a one-handed interception.
