Commanders update 53-man roster projection after Week 2 of camp

Summary

The Washington Commanders have provided an updated 53-man roster projection following two weeks of training camp. Notable changes include the signing of wide receiver Stefon Diggs and the likely season-ending injury to left tackle Laremy Tunsil, who has torn his triceps. Despite the setback, the Commanders have retained several key players in various positions, including quarterbacks Jayden Daniels and Marcus Mariota, as well as a deeper group of seven wide receivers. With Tunsil's absence, Brandon Coleman is projected to step into the left tackle role. The team continues to assess its lineup ahead of the upcoming season while keeping an eye on various battles for roster spots.
