Beginning with the 2026 NFL season, all previously paid Commissioner Plus features are now available for free across every Pro and College Football league. The updated features include the League Median Score, allowing teams to earn bonus wins, and a format that matches teams against two opponents each week. Enhanced playoff opportunities with a 7-Team Playoff structure and flexible position eligibility are now accessible, aimed at increasing competitive balance within leagues. Leagues can make these adjustments through their Commissioner Settings.
