Yaemish and Jagdeep Rughoo have proposed converting part of the former Bristol Brass and Clock Co. factory in Bristol, Connecticut, into an indoor padel facility. The project aims to create over 25,000 square feet of space, including eight padel courts and social areas. The fast-growing sport of padel is taking hold in the U.S., having seen a 14.5% increase in participation this year.
