Connor Bedard earns spot among NHL's top 20 centers after 30-goal season

Summary

Connor Bedard of the Chicago Blackhawks has been ranked as the 16th best active center in the NHL after a breakout 30-goal season. Following a sluggish sophomore year, he returned as a point-per-game player, edging out notable players like Brayden Point. The ranking comes as the league continues to unveil its top players by position. Bedard is expected to miss the first month of the upcoming season, putting his goal-scoring potential at risk unless he accelerates his recovery. Enhanced support from teammates such as Patrick Kane could play a crucial role in his performance.
