Connor McCaffery has accepted a position as a player development coach with the Noblesville Boom, the G League affiliate of the Indiana Pacers. Previously, McCaffery served as an assistant coach at Butler under Thad Matta for the last two seasons, following a year in the Pacers' coaching system. This transition allows him to stay close to Caitlin Clark, who plays for the WNBA’s Indiana Fever. If successful in this role, McCaffery could advance to larger coaching opportunities in the future.
