Milwaukee Brewers shortstop Cooper Pratt was taken out of the game against the New York Mets on August 25. Pratt was removed by manager Pat Murphy immediately after hitting a bloop single in the fifth inning. Despite first base coach Spencer Allen urging him to advance to second, Pratt did not attempt to stretch the hit. In his earlier at-bat, Pratt failed to lay down a sacrifice bunt, resulting in a ground-out.
