Court hears details regarding 2023 robbery of Gianluigi Donnarumma in Paris

Manchester City goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma and his partner Alessia Elefante were targeted in a home invasion in Paris in 2023. Court proceedings in France revealed that intruders entered the residence by scaling the roof and accessing a balcony. The couple was physically assaulted, bound, and threatened with a knife while the assailants demanded luxury goods and cash. Thieves eventually escaped with items valued at approximately £430,000, including watches, jewelry, and handbags, along with keys to two vehicles. Four individuals are linked to the incident, with two minors already receiving prison sentences and two other suspects currently facing trial for their alleged roles in coordinating the robbery. The legal proceedings are expected to continue this week.
