Courtland Sutton compares Broncos quarterback Bo Nix to a caged mountain lion

Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton likened quarterback Bo Nix to a pacing mountain lion in a zoo to describe the player's intensity ahead of the upcoming season. Nix has not played in a meaningful game since suffering a broken ankle during the divisional round playoff win against the Buffalo Bills this past January. The quarterback participated in limited preseason action, scoring 10 points over two drives against the Green Bay Packers. Nix said he identifies with the comparison and expressed readiness to return to competition. The team prepares for a Week 1 road matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday night. Denver has secured victories in four of its previous five meetings with the Chiefs.
