Cowboys enter NFL summer break without contract disputes

The Dallas Cowboys move into the NFL's summer break following mandatory minicamp without any contract disputes affecting key players. Pro Bowl wide receiver George Pickens reported to minicamp under the franchise tag and has committed to the team for the entire offseason and upcoming season. This offseason marks a notable change for Dallas, which has faced several high-profile contract battles in recent years, including those involving Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb. Prescott expressed relief at the lack of ongoing contract drama, underscoring the importance of team cohesion and chemistry as they prepare for training camp. Only linebacker DeMarvion Overshown's contract situation could potentially introduce any complications as he aims to solidify his role under a new defensive coordinator.
