Cowboys focus on players vying for roster spots at training camp

The Dallas Cowboys are observing several players closely as training camp gets underway in Oxnard, California. Among those in jeopardy of not making the roster are Malik Davis and Shemar James. Davis, who had a significant season last year, faces stiff competition from Jaydon Blue and Phil Mafah. Meanwhile, linebacker Shemar James's position is threatened by Jaishawn Barham's emergence and the arrival of other new defensive additions. Preseason games will be crucial for these players as they seek to solidify their roles.
