The Dallas Cowboys might cut Phil Mafah as they finalize their roster ahead of the season. With Javonte Williams solidified as the starter and Malik Davis performing well in the preseason, Mafah has emerged as the likely odd man out. Despite showing promise, Davis's consistency and versatility have given him an edge over Mafah. The Cowboys are expected to retain Williams, Davis, Jaydon Blue, and fullback Hunter Luepke, potentially leaving Mafah without a spot on the 53-man roster.
