The Dallas Cowboys have signed edge rusher Malachi Lawrence to a four-year contract worth approximately $20.22 million, fully guaranteed. Lawrence, selected 23rd overall in the 2026 NFL Draft, is expected to contribute immediately on passing downs. Head coach Brian Schottenheimer praised Lawrence's quick adaptation to the team's scheme. With this signing, all of the Cowboys' seven 2026 draft picks are now under contract, as the other six signed earlier on May 1. Lawrence is classified as an outside linebacker in the new defensive alignment.
