Cruzeiro is engaged in discussions to acquire Brazilian forward Wesley from Al-Nassr, aiming to enhance its attacking options. The move follows the departure of Christian and is a direct request from head coach Artur Jorge. If finalized, Wesley will join Gabriel Pec as the second addition to Cruzeiro's attack this summer. Wesley, 21, previously played for Corinthians before a transfer to Al-Nassr, where he made 40 appearances, scoring five goals and assisting four times. He was on loan at Real Sociedad last season but had limited playtime, making just five appearances without scoring.
