Cubs announce roster changes ahead of game against Reds

The Chicago Cubs made two roster moves before Game 2 of their series against the Cincinnati Reds in Cincinnati. The Cubs placed right-hander Grant Kipp on the Development List and activated right-hander Tyler Santana from the same list.
