Cubs place Daniel Palencia on IL, recall Gavin Hollowell from Triple-A

The Chicago Cubs placed pitcher Daniel Palencia on the 15-day injured list due to right elbow inflammation on June 16, 2026. Gavin Hollowell has been recalled from Triple-A Iowa to fill Palencia's spot on the active roster.
