Dak Prescott ranks in second tier of NFL quarterback list for 2026

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has been ranked in the second tier of quarterbacks for the 2026 season, according to The Athletic's annual quarterback rankings. This marks the seventh consecutive year Prescott has received this ranking. He gained support, earning more first-place votes this year than in previous rankings, totaling 12. His performance in 2025, including over 4,500 passing yards and 30 touchdowns, resulted in a Pro Bowl selection despite the Cowboys missing the playoffs. A majority of NFL fans also placed him in Tier 2 during the voting process.
