Dallas Stars forward Tyler Seguin returns to ice following ACL surgery

Dallas Stars forward Tyler Seguin is preparing for the 2026-27 NHL training camp after recovering from a torn ACL. The veteran forward sustained the injury in December against the New York Rangers and has not appeared in a game since. Seguin described the rehabilitation process as his most challenging injury experience, noting a setback during the middle of June that forced a temporary halt to his skating. General manager Jim Nill confirmed that Seguin is back on the ice and trending in the right direction at the nine-month mark of his recovery. In 27 games last season prior to the injury, Seguin recorded seven goals and 10 assists. He is currently working on a day-to-day basis as the team approaches the start of the season.
