Dallas Trinity FC secures victory against Fort Lauderdale United

Dallas Trinity FC defeated Fort Lauderdale United, 2-1, on September 18 at Beyond Bancard Field. Felicia Knox opened the scoring in the 32nd minute with a header from a set piece, marking her first goal of the season. Jasmine Hamid doubled the lead 40 seconds into the second half. Sh’nia Gordon scored for Fort Lauderdale in the 59th minute, but Dallas held on for the win. With this victory, Trinity FC moves into third place in the Gainbridge Super League standings. The team will face Lexington SC at Toyota Stadium in Georgetown, Kentucky, on September 25.
