Damon Wilson II joins Miami Hurricanes as new EDGE rusher

Damon Wilson II has officially joined the Miami Hurricanes for the 2026 season. A former four-star recruit, Wilson transferred from Missouri, where he recorded notable stats including 15.5 tackles for loss and 12.5 sacks during his time there. Standing six-foot-four and weighing 250 pounds, Wilson is considered an elite pass rusher with strong quickness and technique. He will be coached by Jason Taylor, a Hall of Fame defensive end, as he aims to improve further in Miami's defensive scheme.
