Dan Lanning discusses Ra'Shaad Samples and injuries at fall camp

Oregon coach Dan Lanning addressed various issues during the opening day of fall camp on August 5 at the Moshofsky Center. He confirmed that Ra'Shaad Samples, who faces DUII and reckless driving charges, was disciplined internally by the program. Injuries to Dillon Gresham, who may not play again, and Dave Iuli, who is still limited with a torn tricep, were also discussed. Lanning indicated some young players, including Dierre Hill Jr., are stepping up this season. Media will have access to Samples next week for a press conference regarding his charges.
