Dani Carnegie, a transfer guard for Iowa women's basketball, has been selected for the USA Basketball 3x3 team. The announcement came on June 17, ahead of the 2026 FIBA 3x3 Nations League Americas Conference scheduled for June 27 to July 3 in Ñuñoa, Chile. Carnegie joins five other Division I players on the team, including Sunaja ‘Nunu’ Agara from Stanford and Imari Berry from Louisville. This selection follows Carnegie's participation in a USA Basketball 3x3 Development Camp and a showcase in Arizona last month, where her team won the showcase title. The team will represent the United States in international competition.
