Colombia Women’s National Team captain Daniela Arias has left San Diego Wave FC as of June 23, 2026, after a mutual agreement to terminate her contract. Arias signed with the Wave prior to the 2025 NWSL season but struggled for playing time, appearing in just two games for a total of eight minutes in her first season.
