Danny Green criticizes LeBron James after joining the Sixers

Summary

Danny Green, a former teammate of LeBron James, criticized James following his decision to sign with the Philadelphia 76ers. On his podcast, Green stated that winning a championship in Philadelphia wouldn’t enhance James's status as the greatest of all time (GOAT), citing a potentially stacked lineup that includes Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, and Jaylen Brown. Hall of Famer Charles Barkley echoed similar sentiments, mentioning that James would need to win back-to-back titles with the 76ers to surpass Michael Jordan. James expressed that his decision to join the Sixers is solely focused on competing for another championship, indicating it will likely be his final decision in the league. The 76ers are among the top contenders for the NBA championship this season, along with the Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs.
