Daquan Jones visits Patriots and Titans as free agent

Daquan Jones, a free agent defensive tackle and Johnson City native, visited the New England Patriots on August 18. Previously, he worked out with the Tennessee Titans on August 17. Jones finished last season with the Buffalo Bills, recording 22 total tackles, three sacks, a forced fumble, and an interception. He previously played under Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel during his tenure with the Titans, who drafted him in 2014. As the NFL preseason nears its second week starting August 20, updates will be provided on Jones's potential signing.
