David Blough implements new offense for Commanders' Jayden Daniels

Summary

The Washington Commanders have undergone significant changes this offseason, including the promotion of David Blough to offensive coordinator. Blough is introducing a new offensive scheme that emphasizes Jayden Daniels' passing abilities, moving him away from a reliance on his legs. After battling injuries in 2024, Daniels looks to reclaim his form and enhance his command at the line of scrimmage. The Commanders aim to utilize Daniels’ football intelligence more effectively, leading into the 2026 season without a clear indication of his performance in the preseason.
