Deion Sanders faces fraud lawsuit over trademark rights to ‘Prime’ logo

Deion Sanders is implicated in a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Nebraska by graphic designer Alan Tipp. Tipp alleges that Sanders fraudulently induced him to relinquish rights to two logos, 'Prime' and 'Truth', initially designed in 2011. Tipp claims he was promised inclusion in Sanders's marketing team and other projects, but soon after signing an agreement, he was sidelined while Sanders's branding thrived. The lawsuit also mentions merchandise sales related to the logos that have generated substantial revenue. A status conference is scheduled for October 13, 2026, following the completion of discovery.
