Delaware State and Norfolk State to face off at Lincoln Financial Field

Delaware State University and Norfolk State will play their Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference football game at Lincoln Financial Field on October 31. Coaches DeSean Jackson and Michael Vick previously hinted at this rematch, following their last encounter where Delaware State won 27-20. The event is part of One Philly HBCU Week and aims to highlight the traditions of Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Previous attendance for the matchup was reported at 47,266, although actual numbers were lower. Both teams are also looking to build on their recent successes, with Delaware State finishing an impressive 8-4 last season.
