Delmarva scores 23 runs in doubleheader against Hill City

Delmarva Shorebirds achieved remarkable offensive results in their doubleheader against the Hill City Howlers on July 24. In the first game, Delmarva won 10-9 after trailing 4-0, with Jaiden Lo Re driving in the go-ahead run in the eighth inning. The second game saw Delmarva score 13 runs, breaking a 5-5 tie in the seventh with an explosive eight-run rally. Despite having no home runs, Delmarva capitalized on eight walks and five errors from Hill City. Other notable performances included DJ Layton’s four RBIs in Game 1 and contributions from Braylon Whitaker in Game 2.
