Demba Ba has officially taken over as Sporting Director of Le Havre after Mathieu Bodmer's resignation. Bodmer left following tensions related to club decisions being made without his involvement. Ba, the former Chelsea striker, previously worked as an advisor for USL Dunkerque, where he significantly improved the team’s performance. In his new role, Ba will shape the club's sporting strategy alongside head coach Didier Digard, who recently extended his contract.
