Denver Broncos prepare for Monday night opener against Kansas City Chiefs

Summary

The Denver Broncos open their season Monday night at Arrowhead Stadium against the Kansas City Chiefs. The matchup follows Denver's divisional title last year, which ended a nine-year streak of Kansas City leading the AFC West. Both teams enter the game with their starting quarterbacks, Bo Nix and Patrick Mahomes, returning after injuries sustained late last season. Denver aims to defend its title while seeking its first victory at Arrowhead in eight attempts. The game serves as a test for both rosters following an off-season of personnel adjustments and recovery.
