Denver Broncos sign wide receiver Dane Key to practice squad

The Denver Broncos signed wide receiver Dane Key to their 17-player practice squad on Monday. Dane Key spent the preseason with the team, recording three catches for 52 yards over three appearances. By joining the practice squad, the rookie wide receiver reunites with his older brother, Devon Key, a safety and 2026 NFL All-Pro special teams selection. This marks the first time the two brothers have played for the same organization at the same level. Dane Key originally joined the team as an undrafted free agent in April. The Broncos previously hosted a pair of brothers on the roster during the 2008 season when Champ Bailey and Boss Bailey played together in Denver.
