Denver Broncos update depth chart ahead of season opener against Kansas City

The Denver Broncos released an updated unofficial depth chart ahead of their Week 1 Monday Night Football matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. Changes include defensive lineman Sai'vion Jones moving to backup nose tackle, while Jonah Coleman has moved up to third-string running back behind J.K. Dobbins and RJ Harvey. Marvin Mims remains the primary return specialist for both punts and kickoffs, a role that could affect his receiving workload. Coaching staff also designated starting receiver positions, though Pat Bryant remains in consideration for rotation at the receiver spot. The team continues its preparation with media-accessible practices scheduled through Saturday. Denver expects to announce team captains as early as today.
