Denver Broncos waive rookie offensive lineman Gavin Ortega

The Denver Broncos waived rookie offensive lineman Gavin Ortega on August 30, 2026. Ortega signed with the team as an undrafted free agent earlier this offseason following a 35-game starting career at Weber State. Head coach Sean Payton previously identified Ortega as one of two undrafted rookie linemen who received draftable grades from the team.
