Detroit Lions waive Jabari Small and Seth McLaughlin before regular season

The Detroit Lions released running back Jabari Small and center Seth McLaughlin on Wednesday as part of final roster adjustments before the NFL regular season. These moves follow a series of transactions for the franchise, including the addition of tight end Tyler Conklin and the decision to place running back Isiah Pacheco on the reserve/injured list. Additionally, the team signed guard Elijah Klein and wide receiver Dominic Lovett to the practice squad on Tuesday. Defensive lineman Tyre West also joined the practice squad on Monday following his release from the active roster.
