De’Zhaun Stribling impresses at 49ers first OTAs in 2026

Summary

San Francisco 49ers rookie wide receiver De’Zhaun Stribling showcased his skills during the team's first organized team activities at the SAP Performance Facility. Selected with the first pick on Day 2 of the 2026 NFL draft after some anticipated he would go later, Stribling's performance has sparked interest in his potential role for the upcoming season. With Mike Evans leading the wide receiver corps, competition for playing time appears strong, particularly given Ricky Pearsall's injury history.
