Dodgers host fan favorite Chris Taylor for first pitch against Cardinals

Taylor remains a noted figure in team history for his clutch home run against the Cardinals during the 2021 Wild Card game. The team also announced a special event night for Thursday, Sept. 2nd, which concludes the Cardinals series. Los Angeles Lakers players Walker Kessler and Cameron Carr are scheduled to throw out the first pitches for the game. Fans who purchase specific event tickets will receive a collaborative button-up shirt featuring logos from both organizations. This promotion follows the recent sale of the Lakers by Dodgers owner Mark Walter.
