Dolphins center Aaron Brewer returns for mandatory minicamp

Summary

Miami Dolphins center Aaron Brewer participated in the team's mandatory minicamp starting Tuesday after missing last week's voluntary organized team activities due to a family obligation. As Brewer enters the final year of his contract, he is engaged in negotiations for an extension. Coach Jeff Hafley expressed hope that the contract discussions would proceed smoothly. Brewer has been a significant part of the Dolphins' offensive line strategy and is considered one of the foundational players by new general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan. The team reported full attendance at minicamp, where missing the first day can lead to fines under NFL rules.
