The Miami Dolphins have claimed tight end Jeremiah Franklin off the waiver wire and signed defensive lineman Fatorma Mulbah. Franklin was previously released by the New England Patriots after a college career at Boston College, where he made 93 catches for 1,010 yards and six touchdowns. Mulbah, who went undrafted from West Virginia, spent time on the New York Jets' practice squad. To make room for these additions, defensive lineman Rene Konga was placed on injured reserve and defensive end Seth Coleman-Lyles was waived.
