Dolphins claim three players from Denver Broncos after roster cuts

Following the league-wide transition from 91-man rosters to 53-man squads, the Miami Dolphins acquired three players previously released by the Denver Broncos. The Dolphins claimed tight end Justin Joly and cornerback Reese Taylor off waivers while signing defensive lineman Jordan Miller to their practice squad. Joly, a 2026 fifth-round draft pick out of North Carolina State, joins the team as a potential long-term addition to the tight end room. Taylor and Miller spent the previous two seasons in Denver, with Taylor primarily contributing on special teams. All three players are eligible to face their former team when the Dolphins travel to Empower Field at Mile High for a scheduled game against the Broncos on December 6.
