Dolphins place Kyle Louis on IR, promote Jaylin Simpson from practice squad

The Miami Dolphins placed safety Kyle Louis on injured reserve due to a knee injury, which will keep him out for at least four games. In response, the Dolphins signed cornerback Jaylin Simpson off their practice squad. The team also added long snapper Cal Adomitis to the practice squad as a precautionary move, should starter Tucker Addington be unable to play against the San Francisco 49ers.
