Dolphins' Proctor learns from Paul as offensive line grows stronger

Summary

At training camp on July 31, the Miami Dolphins' offensive line showcased its size and potential, featuring rookie Kadyn Proctor and veteran Patrick Paul. Proctor, selected 12th overall in the 2026 NFL Draft, is absorbing lessons from Paul, who lined up as left tackle last season. The duo, both standing at 6-foot-7 and weighing a combined 678 pounds, aims to bolster the Dolphins' previously ranked 29th offensive line. With Proctor currently working at guard, he is focused on improving his skills at all five positions. Veterans note a cultural shift toward increased physicality under new management, as the Dolphins prepare for a more competitive season.
