Dover baseball team set for 2026 Cal Ripken World Series in Branson

The Dover 12-year-old all-star baseball team from New Hampshire will begin play in the 2026 Cal Ripken World Series on Friday, August 7, in Branson, Missouri. The team recently completed a week at Dreams Park in Cooperstown, New York, where they competed against strong teams. Head coach Mike Lynch noted the positive impact of the Cooperstown experience on the team's preparation for the World Series. Dover received an at-large bid to the tournament, which features the best teams from across the U.S. and internationally. Pool play results will determine subsequent match schedules, with the tournament concluding on August 16.
