Dragons pursue contract extension with head coach Filo Tiatia

Dragons are engaged in advanced discussions with head coach Filo Tiatia regarding a contract extension, as he prepares for his second full season at Rodney Parade. Tiatia joined the Dragons in 2024 as defence coach and ascended to the head coach role in February 2025 following Dai Flanagan's departure. His current contract runs until the end of the 2026-27 campaign, and Dragons CEO Rhys Blumberg expressed a strong desire to secure Tiatia's long-term future with the club.
