Drake Maye throws three interceptions in Patriots loss to the Seahawks

Maye completed 23 of 33 passes for 178 yards and one touchdown, though he struggled to maintain composure during the final period. Seattle backup quarterback Drew Lock replaced an injured Sam Darnold and led the Seahawks to victory without throwing an interception. Following the game, Maye described his performance as unacceptable and took responsibility for the costly mistakes. The Patriots will have time to address these issues before returning to Gillette Stadium to host the Pittsburgh Steelers on September 20.
